SAISON PÊCHE FRAMBOISE

A cloudy orange colour with pink tints, topped with a fine white mousse. On the nose, the sweetness of vine peach mingles with lively raspberry notes and the spicy esters of seasonal yeast. On the palate, a fruity, tangy attack gives way to a lovely lightness, with a smooth roundness and a dry finish. A subtle balance between freshness, deliciousness and extreme drinkability!

HOPPY LAGER

Colombus, Citra

A delicately hopped lager. Its pale yellow colour is typical of lagers, with a light
hue reminiscent of IPAs. On the nose, you can identify the esters of a lager, topped with citrus fruit, typical of Citra. On the palate, the cereal is crisp and the bitterness is long and dry, underpinned by lemony flavours.

DIPA NELSON SAUVIN

Citra, Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin

Very cloudy, slightly orangey yellow colour.
Citrus fruit and white grapes on the nose, with a hint of resin.
On the palate, the texture is smooth with a long, clean bitterness.
Slightly resinous, the aroma is marked, with long notes of citrus fruit, white grapes and exotic fruit. The finish is long, dry, bitter and fruity.

Citra

A clear straw yellow colour topped by a collar of white foam. Grapefruit skin on the nose, with a background of coconut and a cereal finish. On the palate, the body is light, with a fine, lively carbo. The attack is dominated by citrus fruit and grapefruit skins, followed by cereal notes and moderate bitterness.
A coconut finish with a long, dry bitterness.

NEIPA

Citra, motueka

Bright yellow in colour, with a white head. Fresh, fruity nose of lychee, citrus fruit and white grapes. On the palate, the texture is unctuous with a slight residual sugar. White grape aromas dominate, followed by lychee and citrus, with a finish of oats and a lovely length.

COFFEE STOUT

An 8% stout infused with coffee over oak chips.
A black colour with red highlights, topped with a creamy ochre foam.
A coffee and roasted nose with hints of dark chocolate. A smooth palate dominated by coffee, giving way to notes of toast, chocolate and a subtle woody finish.

IMPERIAL STOUT

Deep black colour with light ochre highlights, topped with a dense beige mousse.
The nose is invigorating with hints of espresso, bitter chocolate and well-toasted bread, with a few hints of dark caramel.
The body is dense and chewy, with a low carbonation and very fine bubbles.
The aroma is dominated by roasting; sugar-free espresso, 90% dark chocolate, with lovely notes of toast and a round but bitter finish reminiscent of brown caramel.

Off-white mousse.
A cereal nose with hints of caramel.
Medium-bodied on the palate, the attack is cereal-like with caramel aromas, but without excessive sugar. The finish is dry with a slight bitterness.

A cereal and spicy nose with a hint of banana esters.
